Nick Mindevski
Nick began in access control as a specialist in New York in 2012, went on to engineer and manage security solutions at Latch, and founded ASM. He leads the company as Founder and CEO.
Roie Telyas
Roie leads growth and strategic partnerships as President. He previously led global go-to-market for Amazon Key access control products at Amazon.
As SVP Delivery & Professional Services at DOOR (formerly Latch), he built operations, channel and regional sales teams. He was also CEO of Paragon Security and Locksmith.

Our leadership has worked on the manufacturer, platform and installer sides of the industry, across access control, intercom, delivery access and security operations.
How We Work
We start with a property walkthrough and review what is already installed. Devices, cable routes and integrations are documented in a plan the property team, installer and support team can use.
Our team installs and connects the system, trains the property team and stays accountable after handover through maintenance, software administration and remote support.
