Monitoring and Remote Support
Ongoing service for access control, intercom and video systems: an annual maintenance visit, a system health review and remote technical support during business hours.
What to expect
- Annual preventative maintenance visit: tests doors, readers, keypads, locks, intercom functions and camera connectivity
- System health review: communication between components, recording status, power supplies, errors and firmware status
- Basic remote technical support by phone and email, with remote diagnostics where the equipment allows
- Minor programming assistance, such as adding or removing users and simple schedule changes
- Service response target for routine requests (a target to acknowledge and schedule, not a repair guarantee)
- Discount on qualifying parts bought through ASM while the agreement is active
- Emergency service is available at ASM's current rates, outside normal hours
What is included in a security maintenance agreement?
A defined scope in writing: covered equipment, an annual maintenance visit, a system health review, remote support and programming limits. On-site repair labor, replacement parts and emergency work are billed separately unless the agreement says otherwise.
